Enchanted Wilds of Dragon and Coral

Komodo is not a place to escape, but to hear ourselves think again. When the air is thick with salt and stories older than speech, nature takes over.

AYANA Komodo is a five-star pause between adventure and awe. Days unfold like slow prayers: mornings at the jetty pool, afternoons on floating daybeds, sunsets at sea aboard our private fleet. Here, wildness claims its beauty, and in turn, we remember ours.

AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach sits in Labuan Bajo, the gateway to UNESCO-listed Komodo National Park.

The peaks of Padar Island. The rose-pink sands of Pantai Merah. Komodo dragons at Rinca and Komodo Islands. Fruit bats over Kalong Island at sunset. Every signature destination in the park is one to two hours from our 250-meter private jetty.

When we sail, the glass-bottom Lako Taka reveals the coral below. Between voyages: snorkeling off the jetty, afternoons on our private beach.

Further from everything, closer to yourselves

Seven venues, each tied to a time and a view. KISIK brings Bali's Jimbaran beachfront barbecue to Labuan Bajo: reef fish and lobster over glowing coals, sambal from mild heat to holy fire.

Japanese teppanyaki at HonZEN. Sunsets at UNIQUE Rooftop Bar. Cocktails at Naga Bar at the jetty's end. Fish and shellfish come from Flores.

A feast for the senses, in paradise

AYANA Lako Di'a is a 54-meter phinisi, handcrafted by Konjo artisans in South Sulawesi. Her name means good boat. Nine cabins for eighteen guests, sixteen crew.

She sails from Waecicu Beach into Komodo National Park: dragons on Rinca and Komodo, manta rays in the channels, coral walls dropping into the dark. Three ways to sail: Shared, Charter, or Sail & Stay.

CONSERVATION
Since 2018, our Marine Discovery Center has been growing a reef back into life off the jetty. 525 square meters of coral, transplanted by hand. 120 fish species at last count, returning to a habitat we helped rebuild.

Best seen from the jetty at low tide, when the water is clear. Or step in: plant a coral with our marine biologist, and leave something of yours behind in the Flores Sea.
